    Description

    Job Overview

    you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting financial services, and generating leads. The job is based in Janakpuri, New Delhi and offers a competitive salary range.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Telecaller or a similar role in the Finance / BFSI / DSA
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to persuade and influence potential clients
    • Strong negotiation and sales skills
    • Proficient in using CRM software
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently
    • Good organizational and time management skills

    Job Location - Chandivali, Mumbai & Janakpuri, New Delhi

    Any 12th Pass / Graduate Fresher or Experienced can apply

    Fixed Salary to 25000, Incentives & Other Benefits

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the services offered by the Company
    • Identify potential leads and set appointments for the sales team
    • Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Collect and record customer information, including feedback and complaints
    • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
