    Resource Manager – Workforce PlanningLocation: Noida/ BangaloreExperience: 3–5 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Resource Manager – Workforce Planning to effectively manageworkforce capacity, optimize bench strength, and ensure timely allocation of resources across projects.

    The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning business demand with talent availability while improving utilization and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and optimize bench strength to ensure minimal idle time and maximum resource utilization.
    • Oversee capacity planning by forecasting demand and aligning workforce availability withcurrent and future project needs.
    • Coordinate with delivery, sales, and recruitment teams to plan resource allocation and hiring requirements.
    • Track and report on utilization of metrics, availability, and deployment status.
    • Ensure timely movement of resources from bench to billable projects.
    • Maintain accurate workforce data, including skills, experience, location, and availability.
    • Support leadership with workforce analytics, insights, and periodic reports.
    • Assist in strategic workforce planning initiatives and continuous process improvements.
    Required Skills & Experience

    • 3–5 years of experience in resource management / workforce planning.
    • Strong hands-on experience in bench management and capacity management.
    • Good understanding of IT services or project-based resource allocation models.
    • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel, workforce management tools, or HR systems.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in IT/Consulting or staffing-based organizations.
    • Exposure to demand forecasting and utilization reporting.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
