Job summary
A senior client-facing Competency Lead to anchor API, AML and CDD capabilities. The individual will front clients as a credible SME, support solutioning discussions and convert opportunities into live revenue-generating engagements.
Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert in front of enterprise and BFSI clients
- Support pre-sales solutioning deal-shaping conversations
- Translate client needs into commercially viable solutions
- Partner with delivery testing teams to ensure execution adoption - Identify whitespace opportunities within existing new accounts - Contribute directly to revenue conversion growth - Build lead competency team responsible for their performance contribution margin delivery.
