- Incumbent to provide independent objective risk assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of risk management practices internal controls regulatory compliance and corporate governance processes in Cognizant.
- Area of Audit would be in The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) 1977 & The Prevention of Corruption Act 1988
- Ensure Cognizants E&C guidelines while processing the payment to Vendors
- Deal with multiple departments internally and also engage with Vendor on appropriate situations to manage the payment process.
- TDS deduction on payments within India and also for overseas payments
- Documentation checks for local and international payments
- Evaluation of underlying documents and appropriate communication/decision
