    Senior Executive - Finance

    Job summary

    Payment Auditor to ensure ethics and compliance before making payment to vendors from Cognizant.

    Experience- 02 to 06 Years

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Incumbent to provide independent objective risk assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of risk management practices internal controls regulatory compliance and corporate governance processes in Cognizant.
    • Area of Audit would be in The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) 1977 & The Prevention of Corruption Act 1988
    • Ensure Cognizants E&C guidelines while processing the payment to Vendors
    • Deal with multiple departments internally and also engage with Vendor on appropriate situations to manage the payment process.
    • TDS deduction on payments within India and also for overseas payments
    • Documentation checks for local and international payments
    • Evaluation of underlying documents and appropriate communication/decision

    Certification(s) Required-CA CS CMA CIA
