About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Fashion Accessories Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new fashion accessories vendors that meet our quality standards and price points

2. Product Development: Collaborate with design teams to understand accessories design concepts and translate them into finished products. Ensure fashion accessories are developed on time and within budget

3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competition, and understand customer preferences in fashion accessories. Use insights to inform product strategies and innovations

4. Quality Control: Implement stringent quality control measures. Regularly visit vendor sites to oversee the accessories' production process and ensure compliance with our specifications

5. Cost Negotiation: Negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards
