    Description

    Job Purpose

    Customer Engagement/Service which includes Customer related queries like Holiday Planning, Queries/Complaints pertaining to membership are addressed and resolved within SLA for member delight

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    1. Revenue Assurance through Customer Delight: Objection Handling pertaining to Product or Services by explaining advantages of the product, determining the cause of the problem, To provide best resolution to the objection and hence further collection of ASF (Annual Subscription Fee) for smooth holiday processing in future.

    2. Upgradation:-To Upgrade the existing product to higher Season/Apt basis Customer Past Utilization, Explaining them the benefits and advantages of upgrade and to generate Revenue.

    3. Customer Engagement - a. Holiday Planning - Making pro-active calls to members, enlightening them on their eligibility and optimizing their holidays,thusmaximizingUnique Member Holidaying b. Grievance Resolution - Attending to members grievances and discrepancies, resolving them and taking corrective action c. Field visits/Member Meets to long time Not contacted set of customers d. Ensure Post holiday calls are made to obtain member feedback and generate referrals e. Service Camps To call and invite Happy members periodically to ensure Maximum Upgradations and Referral Generation

    4. Ach and PDI Correction To ensure timely/proactively rectification of Future Payments Instruments for securing future revenue

    5. Productivity To follow productivity norms ( 60% -70% Customer visits and rest on calls) 6. Reports to be prepared- Daily MIS Which includes DWM (Daily Work Management) e.g. (No of calls/visits made/Details of upgrade/AAC/ASF collection etc

    Qualification Education:

    Minimum Graduation. Post-Graduation will be an added advantage.

    Competency Required

    Excellent communicative skills (Knowledge of Local language would be an added advantage)

    Product and Process Knowledge Persuasive, Negotiating and Influencing Skills Patience and

    Good Listening Skills Proactive approach/Positive Attitude

    Good Communication Skill

    Candidate Profile:

    Overall relevant experience of 1 to 5 years in collections, sales, B2B or B2C selling.
