    RoleDescription1.Explore new business opportunities for contract & Fulltimestaffing business End to End BD activities for our staffingdivision2.

    TrackRequest For Proposal (RFP) releases and keep abreast of industrytrends and competitivecommunication.3.Setting up conference calls and inperson meetings with potentialprospects4.Identifying new prospective clients and focus on the closure ofdeals.5.

    Coldcalling to potential clients to generateleads.6.

    Followupwith clients on the outcome of submitted proposals and report thestatus ofproposals7.Research and manage key sales data to track activity and managelead generation and nurturingactivities.8.Identify opportunities for penetration with clients thereby developnew contacts with existing clients to workwith9.

    Skills/ ExperienceRequired1.Demonstrated experience in acquiring new clients and onboardingDirect clients MSPs & SystemIntegrators2. Mustneed to have demonstrated experience in researching composing anddelivering responses to RFI RFQ &RFPs.3. Highproficiency in spoken and written English and presentationskills4. Ability towork independently in a fastpaced startup environment withdynamically changingrequirements5.Selfmotivated individual with high degree of responsibilityincluding confidentiality sense of urgency andaccountability6.Good people skills (PR/ Customer Relations/ InterpersonalRelations)
