    The ideal candidate should possess basic IT knowledge, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and patience.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or in-person
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
    • Document and track all support requests
    • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
    • Deliver excellent customer service to clients
    Requirements


    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Diploma or Associate Degree in IT or related field
    • Basic IT knowledge

    • Portuguese language (mandatory)

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in CAD design.
    • Expertise in ProE, Creo , and AutoCAD.
    • Knowledge of the AS9100D framework.
    • CAD certification is preferred.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Good understanding of mechanisms, fasteners, etc.
    • Good knowledge of engineering materials, special processes, etc.
    • Good knowledge of GD&T, Dimensioning Techniques, fits, allowances, etc.
