    Requirements:

    • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business principles.
    • Experience: 4-7 years in real estate sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, communication, and project management skills.
    • Personality: Result-driven, analytical, highly motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Noida real estate sector and competitive landscape.
    • Others: Willingness to travel for business meetings and site visits to build relationships and drive business growth.
