    We are currently hiring for "Vice President Sales and National Head" with a leading Technology (SAAS) organization based out in Bangalore.

    The Role:

    The person would be responsible for spearheading all sales and engagement with key Insurer and TPA accounts. He/she will also play a pivotal role in shaping the overarching business strategy of the organisation.

    Key responsibilities:

    • As a senior Sales Leader reporting to the CEO and part of the Executive leadership team, he/she will be play a pivotal role in developing new business as well as managing & growing existing Insurer & TPA business.
    • This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting market research, cultivating long-term relationships with enterprise clients, conceptualizing new products and offerings in partnership with clients, and working closely with the CEO to contribute to the overall business strategy.
    • He/she will be hands-on and lead a seasoned team of sales and customer success leaders.

    Ideal Experience:

    • A proven track record of a minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise sales & business development within or serving the Indian Insurance sector viz: Health, Life and General Insurance companies, TPAs, Insuretech, Insurance practice within System Integrators, or Consulting firms specializing in Insurance.
    • Understanding of the impact of policy and regulation on contemporary and future dynamics across the healthcare industry landscape is a must.
    • Sales Leaders from Insurance businesses should ideally have worked in the Corporate HQ and also been responsible for driving revenue in Networks development. Exposure to Claims Management, Risk/Underwriting, etc. is a plus.
    • Track record in closing deals and drive sales growth in India.
    • Demonstrated experience in creating and nurturing long-term partnerships.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with both high-level executives and also the operations teams.
