- Analyze and assess testing needs and requirements, identifying opportunities for automation, performance testing, and other testing enhancements.
- Deep understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including test automation, performance testing, and shift-left testing.
- Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and others.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for test automation, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Manage the entire QA team of the Project.
- Work with testers to define and explain the test architecture and the design philosophy of the test system. Writing and Reviewing Automated Tests.
- Develops appropriate test strategies, technical approaches, and automated test plans. Experience with a variety of test tools and software testing practices, including developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing manual/automated testing.
- Define metrics deliverables.
- Experience in Agile based projects.
- Knowledge of Performance/Load testing.
- BE/BSc or Equivalent
- Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
