- Should possess domain expertise.
- Experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM is preferred.
- Should have knowledge on CRM, Sales and Services Processes.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification will be an added advantage.
- Hands on Functional Experience in entire Sales Process and / or Service Management.
- 2 to 4 years' experience of deploying Line of Business solution (CRM) and interacting with end users and IT implementation teams.
- Involved in Requirement Gathering , Documentation of processes, prototyping and testing during deployment of Line of Business application within their company / client company
- Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to Business Application.
- Knowledge of full application life cycle design tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both executive and personnel.
- Effective communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work in a team.
