    Description

    Position Overview:

    As a Technical Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and our customers.

    You will be responsible for understanding the technical aspects of our products and services, analyzing market trends, and translating customer needs into actionable insights for our development teams.

    Your expertise in business analysis, product marketing, and technical knowledge will be critical in driving the success of our products in the market.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support to define product requirements and roadmap.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on our products, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
    • Develop product messaging and positioning strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to target audiences.
    • Create highquality product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful gotomarket strategies.
    • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and market research to continuously improve product offerings.
    • Stay uptodate on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform product strategy and decisionmaking.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Marketing Specialist, or similar role within the technology industry.
    • Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes, cloud computing, and/or IT infrastructure.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business requirements.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
    • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and building consensus among stakeholders.
    • Selfmotivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Proficiency in project management tools, product management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
