    Job Title : Human Resources cum Admin Executive

    Reporting Authority : Managing Director

    Working Hours : 10 am - 7 pm

    Work Experience : 4 Years In HR (apart from recruitment)

    Salary Budget : 4 to 4.5 lpa (based on experience)

    Job Description

    A Recruitment & Induction 1 Planning with management human reource need with clarity of Profile such as Designation, JD, KRA, CTC ,Experience and skill and timeline to recruit 2 Collaboration with various Recruitment consultancy firms. 3 Searching the right candidate matching JDs - from various platforms (consultancy, websites, portals, references) 4 Managing the recruitment and selection process 5 Maintaining a smooth onboarding process. 6 Background checks and KYC documentation management of employees B Training 1 Training, inducting and orienting new joinees. 2 Understanding the training requirement for team and getting the same arranged from relevant Team Member. 3 Planning training of new joinee with respective senior of respective department - as per job profile. 4 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs C Attendance Management & Payroll 1 Attendance Calcution from bio metric and field sence for team meber who are on field 2 Coveyance and other expence voucher of field staff is verified and sent for approval 3 Timely processing salary which includes attendance calculation outdoor through field sense 4 Making regular payment to PF & ESIC D Performance Appriasal 1 Creating and conducting performance Management System and salary reviews under the guidance of Consultant 2 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance E Creating, updating and implementing HR policies & Processes 1 Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. 2 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization 3 Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues 4 Creating clear and concise reports. 5 Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. 6 Nurture a positive working environment Job Title : Human Resources cum Admin Executive Reporting Authority : Managing Director Working Hours : 10 am - 7 pm Job Description Work Experience : 4 Years In HR (apart from recuitment) Salary Budget : 4 to 4.5 lpa (based on experience) F Admin Acitivities 1 Coordinate with all AMC and renewing their contracts including Air Condition,Telephone, IT hardwares etc 2 Providing all office stationery and related material required by staff and office maintenance 3 Over looking timely dispatch of documents through front desk 4 Carrying out necessary administrative duties by Leading a team of Jr. Admin Staff 5 Empowering and Managing office assistant teams such that they are doing a job effectively. 6 Working on reducing admin cost in all departments 7 Creating and Managing events and celebration activity Qualifications 1 Degree in Human Resources 2 Degree in Related field 3 Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulation and HR best practices 4 Knowledge of HR systems and databases 5 Proven working experience as HR Executive 6 People oriented and results driven 7 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 8 Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. 9 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 10 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 11 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 12 Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. 13 Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
