As a Sales / Growth Manager at The Mind Garden, you will play a pivotal role in driving footfall to our mental health clinic.

• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with medical professionals, including doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists, and other healthcare providers.
• Educating medical professionals about the services offered at The Mind Garden and the benefits of referring patients to our clinic.
• Visiting hospitals, clinics, and medical practices to promote our services and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Negotiating referral agreements and partnership terms with medical practitioners, including discussing referral percentages and other incentives.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies tailored to the medical community.
• Conducting presentations and workshops for medical professionals to increase awareness of mental health issues and available treatment options.
• Tracking and analyzing referral data to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Providing regular updates to the management team on partnership development and sales performance.

• Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.

• Previous experience working in mental health or related fields.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
• Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities and tracking leads.
