Role: Delivery Head - Data & Analytics (Energy & Utilities)

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Proven track record in global delivery management, particularly in the D&A domain Demonstrated expertise in managing quality delivery for Energy & Utilities clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of D&A delviery for Energy & Utilities clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations
• Manage the P&L for D&A projects, driving profitability and cost efficiency
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes
• Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving customer satisfaction
• Mentor and develop delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in D&A, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong background in Data & Analytics, with hands-on experience in delivering complex projects
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to drive business growth and identify new opportunities
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the Energy & Utilities industry landscape
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in D&A and project management are a plus
