    Core Skills

    Strong understanding of Flutter. Experience with other frameworks like React Native, SwiftUI,Jetpack Compose is acceptable.

    Good knowledge of Rendering engines in Flutter, Browser, iOS, AndroidGood understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL and Web SocketsAbility to debug and profile Web/Mobile applications with Chrome DevTools or Native profilersDeep understanding of Reactive programming with libraries like MobX, BloCExposure to Domain Driven Design, SOLID principlesExposure to Style Guides, Atomic Design, Design SystemsStrong visual acumen to detect cosmetic defects and ensuring pixel fidelityExposure to Design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity DesignerDeep knowledge of at least 2 different programming languages from JavaScript, Dart, Ruby,Python, Go, Rust, Typescript, C#, Kotlin, Java, Haskell, OCamlExceptional verbal and written communicationA mindset to constantly learn new things and challenge the Status Quo.

    ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience building React and/or Mobile ApplicationsPreferably worked in the Finance/Retail domain or other similar domains with complexbusiness requirements.
