    Description

    Location will be Chandigarh ( salary

    • Partaking in staff recruitment and ad hoc disciplinary processes.
    • Determining and conveying sales targets that facilitate the actualisation of our company's broader objectives.
    • Supervising staff to ensure that they perform the correct tasks to prescribed standards.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Identify New Sales leads.

    Must have laptop and own vehicle

    Field Sales

    Prospect for new Clients by networking.

    Cold Calling.

    Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

    Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

    Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

    Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

    Plan approaches and pitches.

    Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

    Participate in pricing the solution/service.

    Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

    Any other Job duties as assign by the Management time to time

    • Monitoring random negotiations to discern whether employees are adopting effective sales techniques.
    • Ensuring that staff members are reimbursed for work-related purchases.
    • Maintaining contact with clients to better understand and fulfil their needs.
    • Using insights derived from performance reviews and market research to tweak systems, as needed.
    • Hosting ongoing training to ensure that employees are familiar with our product releases.
    • Bachelor's degree in a pertinent business-related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to develop and administer insightful market research protocols.
    • Capacity to sustain consequential working relationships.
    • Cautiously optimistic, personable, and resolute.
    • An arsenal of brilliant sales techniques that you are eager to share.
