Through the IndiaCovid Response Fund (ICRF) we partnered with various institutionsglobally to deploy INR 800 crore of institutional grants (CSRfoundations & employee giving). In Oct 2022 Give acquiredthe CSR business from Goodera and combined with its owninstitutional giving practice to launch Give Grants with a sharpfocus on making CSR giving better in India.

    Give Grants is now an endtoend giving partner withofferings that include:
    • a SaaS platform for CSR monitoring& evaluation andcompliance
    • a wide range of CSR services includingpartner identification diligence monitoring & evaluationimpact reporting compliance and impactassessment
    • CSR focusedcollectives
    About the role
    The Implementation team is part of theCentre of Excellence and is responsible for the implementationconfiguration and customization of Give s product offerings basedon client processes requirements and use cases. The role of theImplementation Manager involves owning up the entire technicalimplementations leading the team to deliver the required solutionsalong with driving the client engagement for a portfolio of clientsduring the entire product implementation and post implementationsupport phase.

    Responsibilities and outcomes

    1. Functional and TechnicalResponsibilities
    • Collaborate with the client to understandtheir existing processes and future requirements for digitisationof CSR processes and datavisualization.
    • To have a deep understanding of thefunctional and technical capabilities of the product to be able tomap the client requirements.
    • Consult the client about the best practicesin implementation and datavisualization.
    • Guide the team technically and functionallyenabling them to deliver high qualitysolutions.
    • Responsible for planning monitoring andexecution of the implementation projects across the clients in theportfolio.
    • Develop mechanisms and processes forenhancing the quality of delivery improving the monitoring& planning of projects and reducing the deployment efforts.
    • Improveproduct implementation process through innovative processes andreusable scalable and efficientdesigns.
    • Collaborate with peers to design processesand framework for improvements across the Center of Excellenceteam.
    2. Cross Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate activelywith the client engagement team to understand and improve clientexperience.
    • Collaborate with product and engineeringteams to understand technical feasibility of typical clientrequirements resolve product issues impacting platform experienceof the clients and provide suggestions for product roadmap based onunderstanding of clientrequirements.
    • Collaborate with the platform operation teamto ensure proper handover of the implemented solution and togetherdeliver client success.
    3. Team Management
    • Leading ateam of 510 members to enable them to deliver timely and highquality deliverables.
    • Guide track monitor and support the team intheir technical and functionaldeliverables.
    • Align the team with organizational technicaland functional OKRs ensure capability building in the team throughtraining/workshops develop crosslearning opportunities track andimprove individual performance.
    • Take charge of resource alignment planningand management for their portfolio ofclients.
    • Understand simplify and communicate newproduct features to teammembers.
    Requirements

    What arewe looking for
    • Technical education background ismandatory.
    • 68 years experience in technical productimplementation andcustomization.
    • 3 years experience in leading teams andmanaging projects.
    • Experience in leading technical discussionswith clients.
    • Good understanding and experience of ETLprocesses and handson experience inSQL
    • Experience with implementation and managementof SaaS platforms.
    • Prior experience with data visualizationtools will be desirable.
    • Ability to create frameworks and guidelinesto ensure implementationexcellence.
    • Stakeholder management crossteamcollaboration client engagement and relationship buildingskills.
    • Exposure to CSR domain or equivalentconsulting experience is a plus.
    • A passionate coach for your high performingteam and ability to empower the team lead with empathy andintegrity.
