    Adobe Analytics Specialist Role Overview

    As an Adobe Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing advanced analytics solutions across digital platforms.

    You will work with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, driving insights through data collection, personalization, and reporting to optimize web performance and user experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement and manage Adobe Analytics, including the creation of Data Collection/DTM and Launch scripts to support data tracking.
    • Work with Adobe Target implementation using Launch, designing and executing personalization strategies and A/B testing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure alignment between analytics data and user experience strategies.
    • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and insights using Adobe Analytics to meet business requirements.
    • Configure and manage analytics platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Media Pixels, and Adobe Analytics for seamless tracking and reporting.
    • Ensure proper data layer implementation and integration, leveraging JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs for advanced tagging solutions.
    • Debug and troubleshoot tagging and analytics-related issues, resolving problems independently.
    • Scale up Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, leveraging tools like AEP, CJA, Report Builder, and APIs to enhance analytics capabilities.
    • Stay updated with the latest analytics plugin updates, integrations, and browser compatibility solutions to ensure optimal performance.
    • Support cross-functional teams by providing actionable insights to enhance digital marketing and website optimization efforts.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics, including Data Collection/DTM and Launch scripts.
    • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, dynamic web development, website optimization, and personalization techniques.
    • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services/APIs, and data layer implementation.
    • Adobe Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with tools such as AEP (Adobe Experience Platform), CJA (Customer Journey Analytics), and Report Builder.
    • Proficiency in managing analytics solutions using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Media Pixels.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve tagging, plugin integration, and analytics-related problems independently.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Certification in Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
    • Experience working in an agile development environment.
    • Knowledge of emerging analytics trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation.
