    Responsibilities

    :
    • Staying current on changes to immigration laws and regulations.
    • Meting with clients to determine their needs and provide personalized service.
    • Providing clients with all relevant documentation and paperwork.
    • Assisting clients with the completion of necessary forms and ensuring timely submission.
    • Verifying the authenticity of documents and supporting materials.
    • Ensuring that pets receive proper medical care and making arrangements for safe and legal transportation.
    • Helping clients find suitable shipping solutions.
    • Preparing and delivering invoices for services rendered.

    Immigration Consultant Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree in law, international relations, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience as an immigration consultant, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to multiple countries.
    • Advanced knowledge of animal relocation procedures.
    • Excellent research, fact-checking, and writing skills.
    • Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Calm and empathetic demeanor when dealing with anxious clients.
    • Stricter deadlines must be met.
    • Solution-focused approach to fulfilling responsibilities.
