    Job Description

    The role of SAP APO DP and SNP Lead is a critical one, involving the implementation of process and technology solutions for demand and supply planning functions in a project. This requires architecting, designing, and building successful implementations of SAP APO DP and SNP in customer organizations.

    Liaising with Sales and Delivery Teams is essential to grow the Services Business around APO in line with Organizational strategy and goals. Mentoring Junior APO Team members within the Organization on APO DP and SNP is also a key responsibility.

    Driving the development of Assets and Accelerators within SAP APO DP and SNP and reducing the overall cost to serve are key objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Architecting and designing successful implementations of SAP APO DP and SNP in customer organizations.
    • Liaising with Sales and Delivery Teams to grow the Services Business around APO.
    • Mentoring Junior APO Team members on APO DP and SNP.
    • Driving the development of Assets and Accelerators within SAP APO DP and SNP.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    A minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain Planning experience, with at least 8 years in SAP APO DP and SNP modules. At least 3 end-to-end APO DP and SNP implementations are required, excluding rollouts. Experience in SAP IBP and SAP certification is an added advantage.

    Process Knowledge:

    Deep process understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain planning is essential, with familiarity or expertise with the SCOR model preferred. Technology agnosticism is required.

    Technical Expertise:

    A good level of understanding of all modules of SAP APO, with expertise in DP and SNP. Deep knowledge and experience in end-to-end APO implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries are required. Ability to lead and conduct design workshops is essential.

    Ability to architect an end-to-end solution using APO DP and SNP, understanding integration aspects between different modules within APO and APO with ERP systems. Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios and write functional specifications for customizations is required.

    Soft Skills:

    Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Positive attitude, flexibility, and maturity to work in a challenging client environment are essential.
