- Identify relevant standards and conduct a technical analysis of the standards to identify evidence of usage.
- Rate / rank patents based on similarities and / or differences identified with the relevant standards.
- Prepare EOU/ claim charts based on the standards identified.
- Review work products of junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools to identify patents.
- M.Tech / B.Tech in computer science with 1-3 years of relevant / industry experience
- At least 1 years of experience in conducting invalidation searches in computer science domain
- Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of diverse technology domains
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent comprehension skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Responsible attitude and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Knowledge of intellectual property fundamentals and / or patent laws will be advantageous
- Good project management skills
