- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT leaders and a deep understanding of our current HRIS system (in-house system built by MSI) in preparation for a move to Dayforce.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the Dayforce HCM, including implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and HR stakeholders to understand their HCM needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows within the Dayforce platform.
- Conduct thorough testing of system changes and new functionalities to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training and guidance on system usage.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce functionalities and best practices.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, including planning, testing, and implementation.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to support HR initiatives and projects.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience working with Dayforce HCM or Other related HCM, including implementation and support.
- Proven experience in HRIS or HCM administration and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with HR processes, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR data privacy and security regulations.
- Experience working in a global environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
