Description

As a Data Solutioning & Pre-Sales Consultant at Zensar Technologies, you will work closely with internal stakeholders from product development, sales, and marketing teams.

Your job involves understanding customers' data and analytics needs, pitching suitable solutions, and taking partner services to them.

You will contribute by:

Responsibilities

Translating client business objectives into technical solutions within the Data & Analytics domain.
Creating detailed technical solution documentation, including architecture diagrams and functional specifications.
Coordinating and integrating solutions from multiple technology practices.
Developing high-quality proposals with technical solutions, effort estimations, and pricing strategies.
Clients visits and workshops to understand their needs and present solutions.
Maintaining expertise in current trends and technologies in Analytics, AI, and Digital Services.
Staying updated on key platforms like Power BI/Tableau, data engineering tools, cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and AI/ML frameworks.
Documenting and sharing best practices, lessons learned, and knowledge resources within the organization.
Leading strategy and consulting engagements with customers in data & analytics transformations.
Providing expert advice on data strategy, analytics roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives.
Conducting assessments and developing recommendations to optimize data and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

Broad technical background in various technologies and services like Data Engineering, Visualization, AI/ML, low code & no code development, DevOPs, API based microservices architecture, integrations etc.
Experience in similar or larger IT services companies is essential.
Leading and mentoring small-sized teams.
12-15 years of experience in alliance roles with minimum 5 years in Data & Analytics alliances and partner networks.
Master's with 8+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Data & Analytics, Business Development.
Strong understanding of Analytics, AI, and other Digital Services.
Able to understand client business objectives and convert requirements to suitable technical solutions.
Proficient in technical solution documentation and coordination.
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and GCP is desired.
Prior experience in leading strategy and consulting engagements with customers in data & analytics transformations.
