Key responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly targets for Motor and Health insurance sales
• Recruit, build, develop, and train advisors from the open market
• Ensure a minimum number of advisors are recruited per month
• Generate business by visiting and engaging with motor dealers in the assigned area
• Generate business through visits and alignment with bank branches
• Graduates/Postgraduates in Sales and Marketing preferred
• Freshers or candidates with sales experience in the Insurance or BFSI sector are welcome to apply
