Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide technical solutions, support sales activities, and deliver exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting technical solutions to prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, offering technical support, and collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored strategies that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively engage with clients and establish strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in software or technology solutions is a plus.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
