Core Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
• Programming Deliverables: Lead and execute programming deliverables for high-complexity projects or multiple moderate complexity studies.
• Team Management: Oversee the programming team s deliverables to ensure project objectives are achieved within timelines and quality standards.
• Dataset Creation and Validation:
• Safety and Efficacy Analysis: Create and validate safety and efficacy analysis datasets in compliance with CDISC and client-specific standards.
• Macros and Specifications: Develop study-specific or general macros, and finalize programming specifications and mock-ups.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Adherence: Follow programming specifications and study-specific requirements, including documentation and filing.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve programming issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with the biostatistics team, remote teams, and senior management to meet study goals.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain client relationships through effective project management and communication.
• Project Management:
• Time Management: Plan, organize, and prioritize workload to adhere to project timelines.
• Process Improvement: Participate in department initiatives, including knowledge sharing, literature reviews, and process enhancements.
• Compliance and Quality:
• Procedures: Review and approve programming procedures and techniques.
• Audit Participation: Engage in audit meetings with sponsors as required.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• SAS Expertise: Proven experience in SAS programming.
• Data Standards: Subject matter expert in SDTM and ADaM datasets.
• People Management: Strong skills in managing and leading teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
