Job description
-Prospecting and Lead Generation: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Identify and target potential B2B and B2C clients through
various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
<\/span><\/span> -Client Relationship Building: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key
decision -makers in prospective client organizations. Understand their training needs and
challenges.
<\/span><\/span> -Product Knowledge: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Develop a deep understanding of our enterprise training courses and
effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
<\/span><\/span> -Consultative Sales: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Conduct needs assessments, understand client pain points, and propose
customized training solutions that align with their business objectives.
<\/span><\/span> -Sales Presentations: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase
the benefits of our training courses.
<\/span><\/span> -Proposal Development: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to
potential clients.
<\/span><\/span> -Sales Cycles Management: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing
deals, ensuring a smooth transition to our customer success team for implementation.
<\/span><\/span> -Sales Targets: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the
company's growth by achieving daily calling numbers (min , emails , quality
leads.<\/span><\/span>

-Market Research: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to
identify new opportunities.
<\/span><\/span> -Documentation and Reporting: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide
regular reports on sales performance.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
- <\/span><\/span>Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision -makers across geographies and business
units.
- Provide strategic inputs on pricing, packaging, and partner -led GTM campaigns.
- Own regional or vertical -specific revenue goals (e.g., BFSI/EMEA).<\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Guide junior team members and contribute to refining sales processes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and evolving client needs in
digital transformation, AI, and cloud enablement.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications:
<\/span> - <\/span><\/span><\/b>Minimum of 5 -6 years of successful B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in the education
or training industry.
<\/span><\/span> - <\/span><\/span><\/b>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex
information clearly and persuasively.
<\/span><\/span> - <\/span><\/span><\/b>Adept at building and nurturing client relationships, with a consultative and solution -oriented
approach.
<\/span><\/span> - <\/span><\/span><\/b>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
<\/span><\/span> - <\/span><\/span><\/b>Proficiency in using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
<\/span><\/span> - <\/span><\/span><\/b>The capability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
<\/span><\/span> - <\/span><\/span><\/b>Willingness to travel for in -person client meetings.
<\/span><\/span> - <\/span><\/span><\/b>A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
<\/span><\/span> - <\/span><\/span><\/b>A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
- Must be a data driven professional with experience in CRM, Marketing and Sales related
softwares etc.
- Must be able to understand Social media, SEO reports etc.
- Flexible to interact with clients in different timezones<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
