Position IT Recruiter with Client Handling

This is a full time position with an IT technology training firm in Gurgaon. TAI Infotech provides IT trainers and infrastructure support to corporates for training purposes. Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand the training needs and identify suitable resource for the training, Sourcing resource profiles.

Coordinate between trainer and client to set the expectations and schedule the technical discussions

Coordinate and interact with the client on sourced profiles and seek next steps and closure

Get closure from trainers for availability to conduct training as per client requirement.

Coordinate with internal IT team/client to setup the lab for training program

End to End Coordination and Delivery of Training including Pre and Post Training activities

Required Skills:

Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player

Exposure to IT trainings is a benefit.

Mature to talk to clients and trainers.

Should be comfortable using social media platforms, LinkedIn, Naukri and other portals.
