    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Building sales strategy, business plan, own it and hit/exceed annual sales targets.
    • Focus on selling Translation and Localization services, both domestically and Internationally
    • Working towards KPI's and revenue targets as set by Higher Management.
    • Hiring sales employees, determining the need for training and delivering it, coaching sales representatives, and establishing sales territory.
    • Setting up the targets and goals for the teams and working with them to achieve set business goals and targets.
    • Identifying and strategizing to penetrate to new markets / generating and closing new deals.
    • Identify and qualify new prospects and work with marketing, sales, operations and engineers to turn them into clients.
    • Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Market research and competitor analysis.
    • Leverage knowledge of KPT's services to help clients to meet their objectives.
    • Help teams to excel coldcalling, sending engaging emails and presenting solutions that drive new pipeline.
    • Converting leads into business through meetings/calls/emails.

    Skills & Expertise:

    • 10+ years' successful consultative selling experience in Translation and Localization.
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and Clevel.
    • Fluent in English, with Additional Language knowledge a plus.
    • Background and experience of selling large strategic deals.
    • Ability to develop sales strategies for key verticals and be able to present a costbenefit analysis for target client.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
    • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing clientfocused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Ability to generate individual high level of sustained sales activity.
    • A proven record of increasingly high levels of sales success.
    • A proven record of maintaining successful relationships, at an individual level, and with senior management in prospecting and client organizations.
    • MBA degree in Sales and Marketing.
