FutureFactor360 is hiring on behalf of a GCC of a large automotive company based in NCR for the role of "Embedded Engineering Product Manager"

As an Embedded Engineering Product Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and lifecycle management of embedded systems products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy Development : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for embedded systems products.
• Market Research : Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities to enhance product offerings.
• Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, considering technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Requirement Translation : Translate customer needs and market demands into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Project Planning and Execution : Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in alignment with product goals and company objectives.
• Cross Functional Collaboration : Coordinate cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to execute product development activities efficiently.
• Technical Oversight : Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Review Designs : Review and evaluate technical designs, architecture, and implementation to ensure alignment with product requirements and industry standards.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and dependencies that may impact project delivery or product quality.
• Mitigation Plans : Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks proactively.
• Quality Assurance : Define and establish quality standards and testing procedures to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
• Product Launch and Support : Coordinate product launch activities, including documentation, training, and marketing support.
• Compliance and Regulation : Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and certifications applicable to embedded systems products.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product development processes, enhance efficiency, and foster innovation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the embedded systems or hardware industry for a minimum of 10 years.
• Strong technical background with expertise in embedded systems design, development, and implementation.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and drive results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements for embedded systems products.
