We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join our team in Mumbai, India.

This role focuses on managing your daily activities so that you provide increasing levels of support to your team and the office in the development and production of project deliverables.

ResponsibilitiesBuild upon what has already been learned.
Create, assemble and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Sketchup or other medium.
Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes and address comments; assuming responsibility for accuracy of work.
Solve space planning & adjacency requirements.
Manage multiple assignments concurrently.
Participate in improving production methods.
Demonstrate understanding of how the activities impact the icons.
Must have COA license.

Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist with consultant and client communication and coordination.
Assist with developing work plans/milestone schedules.
Generate plan layouts, storefront elevations & sections.
Assist with site surveys & review of survey documents.
Assist with the layout of small projects and the development of details.
Assist with construction administration.
To implement codes as learnt from framework sessionsGenerate architectural drawings inclusive of plan layouts, storefront elevations and sectionsGenerate estimate/project budgeting, cost and number of hours

QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture3-6 years of experience in architectureProficient in AutoCAD and Revit
