Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Execution

Support the implementation of the annual L&D plan and training calendar.
Coordinate and deliver training programs across business units.
Track and report training KPIs such as attendance, completion, and feedback scores.

Training Need Identification (TNI)

Assist in gathering training requirements by collaborating with managers and stakeholders.
Analyse performance data and feedback to help identify skill gaps.
Support the creation and maintenance of competency frameworks.

Content Development & Facilitation

Develop training materials, presentations, handbooks, and assessments.
Facilitate behavioural and functional training sessions when required.
Ensure content remains updated, relevant, and aligned to business goals.

LMS & Digital Learning

Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System.
Monitor digital learning adoption, course completions, and engagement metrics.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to upload, update, and maintain e-learning content.

Compliance & Audit Support

Track and ensure timely completion of mandatory and compliance training.
Maintain accurate training records for internal and external audits.
Support audit documentation and data accuracy.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and vendors for training delivery.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
Collect and consolidate feedback for continuous improvement.

Team Support & Self-Development

Support L&D team initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Continuously upskill through workshops, certifications, and knowledge sharing.
