Role andResponsibilities:

• Actas a handson contributor and execute the full Software DevelopmentLife Cycle (SDLC) from business requirements to productdelivery.
• Manage a team of software engineersand leads providing guidance and support in design coding and codereviews.
• Apply technical knowledge and ensurethe development of robust knowledge architecture and standards tosupport business applications.
• Build awarenesswithin the tech community through participation in meetupsconferences and open sourcecontributions.
• Collaborate with product ownersand other technical personnel to finalize requirements and ensuresuccessful software development.
• Serve as theinitial point of escalation for software development issuesproviding timely resolutions andtroubleshooting.
• Lead and manage a team ofhighly skilled engineers to develop a worldclass dataplatform.
• Contribute to the evolution ofdevelopment guidelines practices and principles in a rapidlyevolving tech landscape.
• Design resilient andredundant infrastructure to ensure high availability andreliability of software applications.
• ChampionAgile Methodologies to enable faster release and deployment ofiterations of ourservices.

CandidateQualifications:

• Minimum8 years of experience in softwareengineering.
• Prior experience in a goodmultinational company or AI/ML productcompany.
• Excellent communication skills and adeep commitment to high quality and engineeringdiscipline.
• Selfdriven and able to thrive in ahighperforming environment.
• Strong peoplemanagement skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverseteam.
