    About the Role:
    This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient support across departments, and implementing office policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including office management.
    • Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and standard operating systems to ensure smooth business operations.
    • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to ensure efficient support across departments.
    • Ensure safety compliance and maintain discipline within the premises by implementing strict protocols and monitoring systems.
    • Coordinate logistics, procurement of office supplies, and asset management to optimize operational efficiency.
    • Monitor budgetary controls to minimize costs and optimize operational performance.
    • Plan and coordinate internal events, meetings, and employee onboarding logistics to foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Maintain statutory compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and local authority requirements.

    Requirements:
    Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in administration or facility management is an advantage.
    Minimum 10 years of experience in administrative functions; preference given to retired military or paramilitary personnel.
    Proven leadership, discipline, and people management skills are essential for success in this role.
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Sound knowledge of general administration, security protocol, and asset control is necessary for maintaining a secure and efficient working environment.
    Knowledge of the local language (Malayalam) is mandatory for effective communication with employees and stakeholders.
