    Jewelbox is a 'Conscious Luxury' brand that makes fine jewellery for everyday and occasion wear using lab grown diamonds. Our jewellery is sustainable and accessible because we believe that diamonds are not just forever but also for everyone.

    Jewelbox was recently featured on Shark Tank Season 3 and secured an All Shark Deal.

    We currently operate out of 2 company owned stores (with another 2 opening in 2-3 weeks) and our e-commerce website

    Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

    • Assisting customers with products, policies, services and any other information with the objective of converting them.
    • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
    • Generating Promising Leads
    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
    • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

    Experience

    • 0-3 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations.Preferably with an established Retail Brand
    • Freshers with high level of communication skills and attitude to serve customers
