RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:

• Installmaintain and repair various types of elevatorequipment.

• Troubleshootand diagnose issues with elevator systems including mechanical andelectricalcomponents.
  
• Respondto emergency calls for elevator malfunctions and perform repairs asneeded.
  
• Maintainaccurate records of all maintenance work inspections and repairsperformed on elevatorsystems.
  
• Coordinatewith contractors and suppliers for the procurement of parts andequipment.
  
• Providetechnical training and guidance to juniortechnicians.
  
• Ensurecompliance with all safety regulations and buildingcodes.
  
• Communicateeffectively with clients building managers and team membersregarding elevator functions and maintenanceschedules.
  

EssentialQualifications:

• Diplomaor ITI in Electrical Mechanical or relevantfield.
  
• Minimumof 2 years experience in elevator installation maintenance orrepair.
  
• Knowledgeof hydraulic and traction elevatorsystems.
