Allianz Services hiring for Business Analyst - MDM

Job Location : Pune \ Trivandrum

Key accountabilities:

• Support the scoping of change initiatives required for the Transformation Programme, working within a Scaled Agile framework
• Work with stakeholders at all levels within the organization to elicit, define and manage business requirements, ensuring clear end to end traceability.
• Ensure requirements are fully understood and approved by stakeholders, supporting prioritization and dependency management.
• Learn from experiences and understand how benefits have been delivered by participating in retrospectives, lessons learned and knowledge share sessions.

Skills & Experience

• You are passionate about the BA role and have worked on several change projects, utilising Agile methodologies (SAFe methodologies advantageous)
• BA should have competent understanding of Data Management / Quality / Governance considerations.

· Good Understand about Data Structures

• Experience in employing a range of elicitation techniques, including workshop facilitation with business and IT stakeholders / SMEs
• A Good understanding of Business Change support activities, would be advantageous
• Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels

· An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities.
