Whatyou lldo

• Leadthe design and architecture of Oracle Xstore solutions tailored tomeet client requirements.
  Collaborate withclients to understand their business needs and translate them intotechnical solutions.Develop detailed technical specificationsarchitecture diagrams anddocumentation.
• Provideguidance and support to development teams throughout the projectlifecycle.
  
• Conductcode reviews and ensure adherence to best practices andstandards.
  
• Troubleshoottechnical issues and provide timelyresolutions.
  
• Stayupdated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Xstoretechnology and retail industrystandards.
  
• Assistin presales activities including solution demonstrationspresentations and proposaldevelopment.
  
• Mentorjunior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning andimprovement.
  
• Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of Xstoresolutions with existing systems andprocesses
  

Whatyou llbring

• Aminimum of 1015 years ofexperience.
  
• Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; Mastersdegreepreferred.
  
• Provenexperience as a Solution Architect preferably in the retailindustry.
  
• Indepthknowledge of Oracle Xstore Suite including POS Back Office andCentral Officecomponents.
  
• Strongunderstanding of retail processes including inventory managementsales and customerservice.
  
• Proficiencyin Java programming language and experience with relatedframeworks.
  
• Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
  
• Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with clients and teammembers.
  
• Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the retailindustry. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Xstore Suite, including POS,Back Office, and Central Office components. Strong understanding ofretail processes, including inventory management, sales, andcustomer service. Proficiency in Java programming language andexperience with related frameworks. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients andteam members. Ability to work independently and as part of a teamin a fast-paced environment.
