- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR with FMCG / FOOD industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive schemes
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and promote a positive and inclusive work culture
- Identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs to enhance employee skills
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
