    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings and specifications with contractors.
    • Monitor day-to-day site work, including domain engineering, consultant delivery, and quality control.
    • Review weekly and monthly reports, escalate issues, and drive corrective actions.
    • Coordinate with architects and consultants to finalize layouts and statutory drawings.
    • Evaluate and approve bill of quantities (BOQ) and tender drawings submitted by consultants.
    • Collaborate with Contracts and Purchase Team on BOQs, tenders, and contract-related issues.
    • Review and approve first-level sign-off on measurement sheets and payments.
    • Implement construction quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) processes.

    Requirements

    • 8-12 years of experience in site execution profiles.
    • Industrial projects: FMCG, Warehouse, Manufacturing Unit.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
