 Create design proposal fulfilling requirements or specifications
 Document design as per applicable guidelines and tools (drawings, electrical diagrams, calculation, product models etc.)
 Ensures compliance with applicable legal requirement and Codes & Standards
 Ensures design is carried out within given schedule and according to quality targets
 Verify and validate own design

• Create and maintain product data according to design and PDM/PLM guidelines
• Responsible for the design and development of Electrical component
• Co-ordinate product development, testing, proto and pilot phase
• Handle change management/product maintenance / Technology Management
• Create Product / Technology Straegy

People Management , Budgeting
Expertise in Electricial engineering design and concepts
Depth technical knowledge about drive, control system and Electrification
Sound knowledge to International Standards like EN, IEC etc. related to Electrical components is needed. Exposure to Elevator standards EN81-20 would be an advantage
Change management Process and Quality & Corrective action Process Knowledge required
Experience in Electrical design - Selection of electrical components, Cirucit design & Optimization
Hands on experience in PCM , Technology Managent
Experienced in any E-CAD; Autocad. E-Plan experience adds advantage
Experience in VariPDM - Product data management
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills 2. Collaboration & Team Work , People Management
