• Seeking an experienced Finance professional with over 20 years of experience with focus on fundraising, IPO, and banking relations experience.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including debt financing, equity financing, and initial public offerings (IPO).
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical activities to support the company's major business decisions and overall financial health.
• Provide analysis in decisionmaking in all matters operational, financial, and strategic.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Optimize the company's capital structure to support growth and expansion.
• Maintaining key relationship with banks; Ensure custody of all organization's critical documents; Credit control; Interact with GST, Income Tax, Insurance companies, Financial Institutions and Government offices,
• To be a Business partner with strategic and operational focus, leading a low cost financial organization.
• Developing a roadmap to scale the business over the next couple of years
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to shareholders, regulatory authorities, and the board of directors

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with a post qualification experience of minimum 16 years (Must have)
• Progressive financial leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS
• Reporting to the Promoter
