Job Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Noida Sector-63. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through telecalling and converting them into sales. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales. The job location is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in BPO sales or telecalling is a plus
• Prior experience in the HR industry is desirable

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into sales through telecalling
• Identify potential clients and their needs
• Explain the benefits of our services to potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Report sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager
