Responsibilities
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client's needs in the context of the project
- Determining implementing design methodologies tool sets enabling application development by coordinating requirements schedules activities being able to lead/support UAT production roll outs creating understanding validating WBS estimated effort given module/task justifying it addressing issues promptly responding positively setbacks challenges mindset continuous improvement giving constructive feedback team members setting clear expectations helping troubleshooting resolving complex bugs coming solutions issue code/design review justifying decision taken
