    Keyresponsibilities:

    • Support theexecution of omnichannel integrated campaigns for priority GeneralMedicines market/brands across EM in a timely manner with clearcustomer segmentation and targeting.
    • Workclosely with assigned Medical Affairs Managers within the DigitalHub team to plan and execute the campaigns including implementationof DDCx user journeys and content planning across the broaderchannel mix.
    • Manage xmatrix stakeholders andthird parties to execute flawlessly including MOC media agenciesand relevant Regional and Local stakeholders in the LOCs.
    • In alignment with global & GeneralMedicine analytics framework execute (or lead vendor to execute)tagging of content and campaigns to track usage and effectivenessfor improvement. Provide instructions for tagging across allcampaign collaterals.
    • Carry out monthlycampaign performance analysis analyzing all relevant data setsdistilling key insights and recommending actions for optimizationready for presentation to snr management as part of ongoing agilesprint retrospectives.
    • Work with D&A leadand scrum masters to ensure effective and efficient use of globaldigital platforms including latest best practices updates orreleases including new functionalities & channels. Managecontent and activity demand forecasting and prioritization processwith MOC and 3rd party vendors to ensure timely execution ofcampaigns / channels with appropriate regional governance.
    • Manage digital vendors translation vendorcarry out necessary compliance and management monitoring activitieson routine basis to mitigate identified risks across the DigitalHub.
    • Own the development implementation &continuous optimization of customercentric digital framework.


    What youllneed:

    • Minimum 5 yearsof experience in pharma industry
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
    • Experience in campaign data & analyticsfor closed loop marketing
    • Experience workingwith pharma brands at local or global level Digital Marketingdegree.
    • Understanding of customer segmentation& targeting
    • Excellent internal engagementskills building credibility with and insights through a stronginternal network of key stakeholders
    • Highaccountability & track record of successfully deliveringcritical complex projects.
