- Experience in Wiring Harness design & form board drawing design is required.
- Experience in 3-D harness design in Creo Cabling & Creo Schematic is mandatory.
- Ability to design, develop wire harness and modify existing designs, propose new concepts for wiring design.
- Awareness to Routing Design and Industry best practices, Knowledge & selection of wiring harness components like Covering ,wire types selection.
- Knowledge of conducting Fit Checks, and conduct 3D CAD Design Review s for Virtual Validation.
- Awareness to the DVP&R and iDFMEA
- Job responsibilities: Executing projects independently under minim al supervision Work against the schedule of programs and required deliverables with cross-functional team.
- Interact with suppliers to drive design requirements to be released in product.
- Proactively seek information and direction to successfully complete the statement of work.
- Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English, and proficiency with MS Office tools.
