Our services include structured credit, M&A advisory, private equity and venture capital advisory, and business development through joint venture tie-ups and outsourcing contracts.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Banking Associate at Steer Advisors. The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for financial modeling, due diligence, finance, analytical skills, and valuation. They will assist in various day-to-day tasks related to investment banking and corporate advisory, and work closely with the team to support client engagements and transactions.

• Financial Modeling, Due Diligence, and Valuation skills
• Strong background in finance and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the investment banking industry and market trends
• Understanding of financial statements and valuation methods
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or CFA certification is a plus
