- Implement, configure, and support ZIRA solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure successful deployment, customization, and integration of ZIRA projects.
- Administer, configure, and customize ZIRA environments, including workflows, screens, dashboards, and security settings.
- Implement ZIRA projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain automation, scripts, and custom functionalities using Groovy or JQL (JIRA Query Language).
- Perform data migration and integrate ZIRA with other systems using APIs and web services.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to clients.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for client projects.
- 4–6 years of experience in ZIRA administration, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong technical knowledge of ZIRA workflows, dashboards, and security setups.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Groovy and JQL.
- Experience with data migration, API integrations, and web services.
- Ability to manage client interactions and deliver solutions on time.
